The goal of Parent’s Day Out (PDO), also sometimes known as Mother’s Day Out, is to provide quality child care in a safe, Christian environment. Our program, with low child to teacher ratios, is designed to meet the needs of each developmental level.
Our PDO program is more than a structured play experience. We provide the children with opportunities for creative art, music, games and stories. We are here to help encourage a positive self-image and foster sharing and language skills.
The PDO curriculum is not designed to only teach the children shapes, colors, counting, manners and following directions. We also help develop their large motor skills as well as their fine motor skills with planned activities. We hope to create a positive first “school-like” experience.
Children do not have to be potty trained (up to age 4) to be in our PDO program. However, when your little one is ready, we will try and make it a smooth transition from home to the school.
Daily snacks are provided for the children. Parents should provide a lunch with beverage for every session.
